What Can I Take For A Dry Cough : 5 Home Remedies

Dry Cough

Dry cough is a common symptom caused by various conditions, however, there are useful home remedies that can help relieve it.

Coughing is the body’s way of responding when something irritates the throat or airways. It is often annoying as it can interrupt our daily activities and even disrupt our night’s rest.

An occasional cough is normal, however, a persistent cough can be a symptom of various conditions such as allergies, viral infections, or bacterial infections. This is a cough that does not produce phlegm and can be particularly uncomfortable and persistent.

It can also be a side effect of exposure to environmental pollution, smoke, and even sudden temperature changes.

Some natural remedies can help relieve the discomfort. However, it is important to visit a health professional in case of complications and if the cough is accompanied by other conditions such as chills, dehydration, fever, etc.
